Is my data safe?
Privacy Shield is available on every plan and is controlled by the user. When enabled on a supported text flow, it attempts to replace common identifiers before model calls. Automated detection can miss contextual identifiers, and images, attachments and some tools require separate handling.
Is Satcove a private AI comparison tool?
Satcove compares multiple AI answers while Privacy Shield helps minimise exposure of identifying details before model calls. Review the privacy policy and the active flow before sharing sensitive information; privacy protection is not a guarantee of accuracy or professional advice.
Do AI providers train on my data?
The providers we use (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Perplexity, xAI) publish API data-use policies stating they don't train on API traffic by default. Terms can change or vary by product tier — check each provider's current data-processing terms if this is a hard requirement for you.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your Satcove data — conversations, memories, and your local transaction records — and cancels any active subscription. This action is irreversible. Stripe and Apple may separately retain billing records (invoices, payment method) under their own obligations; contact support if you need those addressed as well.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Export my data. You'll receive a JSON file with all your conversations, transactions, and account data.
