We collect your email address for authentication, your wallet balance and transaction history, and usage logs (which AI models you use and how many tokens are consumed). We do not store the content of your conversations with Cove.
Your data is used to provide the Satcove service: authenticating you, tracking your wallet balance, routing your requests to AI providers, and displaying your usage analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use Supabase (EU) for authentication and database, Stripe for payments, and various AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, Mistral, xAI, Perplexity) for model inference. Each provider has their own privacy policy.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Transaction and usage logs are retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via Settings.
