Direct enterprise contracts with OpenAI or Anthropic give you privileged access to one model. What makes Satcove different from a single-AI API like OpenAI or Anthropic?
A single AI provider gives you one answer. Satcove runs six leading AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Perplexity, Grok) in parallel and produces a synthesized verdict with an explicit agreement score. For regulated industries, that cross-validation is the difference between a defensible decision and a single-model failure.
How does the signed verdict work?
Each consensus output is wrapped with a cryptographic signature containing: the input prompt hash, the model versions queried, the per-model responses, the agreement score, and a UTC timestamp. The signature is verifiable independently. The audit trail is immutable and exportable. Designed for editorial defense, compliance submission, and dispute resolution.
What does the audit trail include?
Every query produces a log entry with: timestamp, user ID (or team), prompt content (or hash if PII-anonymized), model versions invoked, per-model responses, agreement score, synthesized verdict, and any disagreement flagged. Exportable as CSV / JSON / SIEM-compatible formats. Retention configurable per contract.
Can we self-host or use private API keys?
Self-hosting is on the Enterprise roadmap. Today, Enterprise customers can route through their own provider API keys (BYOK) for direct billing and contractual control with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Perplexity, and xAI. Satcove's orchestration layer runs on our infrastructure.
Is Satcove HIPAA / GDPR / SOC2 compliant?
GDPR: yes, with EU data residency available via Mistral routing. HIPAA: BAA available on Enterprise contracts; default deployment is not HIPAA-by-default. SOC2 Type II: in progress, attestation expected Q4 2026. ISO 27001: roadmap.
What languages does the enterprise tier support?
All Satcove output languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, plus support for Arabic and Hindi where the underlying providers offer it. Localization for regulated jurisdictions is part of the onboarding.
How is pricing structured?
Team plans start at €499/mo for 10 seats with standard rate limits. Business and Enterprise are usage-based with annual commitments, including dedicated CSM, custom SLAs, and white-label options. Full pricing depends on your seat count, volume, and required compliance features.
Can we get a demo with our own data?
Yes. After the initial call, we set up a 14-day evaluation environment with your real use cases (under NDA if needed). Most enterprise prospects validate fit in two demo cycles before contract.
What about white-labeling Satcove inside our product?
Available on Enterprise tier. You embed the consensus engine via API or branded iframe, configure the model lineup and rate limits, and serve it under your own domain to your users. Co-marketing arrangements possible.
